We’re looking for a dedicated, warm-hearted Support Worker to join our clients residential home in Campsey Ash, Woodbridge.
The position is full/part time, working DAYS or NIGHTS (6 or 7 hour shifts), at a rate of £8.50 per hour.

This incredibly special role will see you assisting the team in providing dedicated, expert care to their elderly residents.
This will include everything from dressing residents to being involved in activities which ensure each of the residents have meaningful interaction with staff and other residents. A crucial part of the role will be to help the residents maintain not only their dignity, but also their independence and well-being.
A willingness to learn and develop your skills in this area is essential, as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some knowledge of caring for elderly people with dementia.
While there are no specific qualifications required for this role, it would be advantageous to have a NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care.
